Physical Therapy

La Mesa Wellness offers physical therapy in addition to chiropractic care. The goal of physical therapy is to provide drug-free relief from pain and to help improve your quality of life. This is done by using a combination of manual therapy (i.e. massage, scraping, cupping, trigger point release), exercise, and other modalities (i.e. TENS, electrical stimulation, mechanical traction).
